In 2023, we launched our “Exposure To Opportunity” Project. The purpose of this project was to begin closing the opportunity gap for our next generation of leaders from underserved communities. Anchored by our financial literacy workshop, TNSG provided exposure, education, and empowerment to 350 underserved high school students through 10 total workshops. Additional workshop topics included real estate basics, entrepreneurship, mental wellness, career exploration and retirement planning. The project culminated with a Trade & Military showcase and an HBCU college visit.
