ManTalk
ManTalk is a free live monthly (virtual) safe space for black men, about black men. We discuss perspectives, challenges and ideas as they relate to the black male experience. ManTalk is held every third Tuesday of the month at 8pm EST via zoom.

Fellowship
While ManTalk is our monthly platform for fellowshipping across our network, we encourage our members to fellowship regularly with other local members. TNSG will be hosting our first annual Men's Weekend in Tampa, FL in June 2021.

Leadership
Our leadership efforts are aimed at empowering the next generation of young black males. Members of The New Standard Group are committed to increased involvement with young black males in our local communities at least once per month. We are currently partnering with local youth organizations and planning youth empowerment summits for black males ages 13-17.

Our service commitment includes various opportunities to support growth and empowerment of black men and boys. Our members are encouraged to seek opportunities at least once per month to serve in their local community. Opportunities include community events and supporting local organizational efforts.
